Being a native New Yorker, Josephine brings all the detail and nuance of high fashion hair from 5th Avenue to High Street. Josephine has been a resident of Pottstown for over 10 years and her commitment to the revitalization of High Street and small business throughout Pottstown has been realized with the opening of Lady Liberty Salon and Spa in September 2020.

Joesphine excels in brilliant and dimensional color techniques including balayage, foilage and babylights. Trained in the Sassoon method of haircutting, her precision cuts will perfectly compliment the customized color.
